Copyright Transfer Agreement

The copyright to this manuscript is transferred to the Journal of Urologic Oncology (JUO) when the manuscript titled above is accepted for publication.
Each author must individually transfer his or her rights to the manuscript to JUO by signing this form. If the manuscript is not published in JUO, this form is void and will not take effect.
Each author must read and sign the statements below before a manuscript will be considered for publication in JUO.

If this form is signed and the manuscript is published, the copyright transfer covers the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the manuscript, including reprints, translation, photographic reproduction, microfilm, electronic form (offline, online), or any other reproductions of similar nature.
