This is an expression of concern about the following article: "Rare Ewingoid Dedifferentiated Liposarcoma of the Spermatic Cord Causing Testicular Artery Compression: A Case Report" in Volume 20 on page 273.

Although in its submission guidelines, Journal of Urologic Oncology indicates that information about written informed consent should be included in the main text, a case report listed below did not present a description of informed consent.

We attempted to contact the corresponding author several times to determine whether the author had obtained written informed consent from the patient to use his photograph or other information when submitting the article, but received no response.

This notice of concern is to inform readers about the ethical issue related to this article. After additional information from this investigation becomes available, we will determine whether additional action is warranted.
