A Retroperitoneal Bronchogenic Cyst Mimicking an Adrenal Tumor

Abstract
A retroperitoneal bronchogenic cyst is very rare in adult. We report a case of incidentally diagnosed retroperitoneal bronchogenic cyst that mimicked adrenal tumor arising in a 38-year-old woman. Transperitoneal laparoscopic complete excision and adrenalectomy were performed. Pathological examination confirmed a bronchogenic cyst, near adrenal gland in the retroperitoneum.
